Ingredients
  

  • 2 large onions thinly sliced
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tbsp chili crisp
  • 1 cup cream or coconut milk room temperature
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce optional
  • 1/2 cup fresh Parmesan cheese grated
  • 8 oz 225g pasta of your choice
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Seasonings 1 tsp each: paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and caramelize onions using slow or fast method.
  2. Add minced garlic and chili crisp to the onions.
  3. Stir in cream or coconut milk and all seasonings until smooth.
  4. Cook pasta until just under al dente and transfer to the sauce.
  5. Allow pasta to finish cooking in the sauce, stirring to coat evenly.
  6. Mix in Parmesan cheese until fully incorporated.
  7. Serve immediately.
