I’ve always loved cooking, and honestly, the kitchen is my favorite room in the house.

It’s where I test out new ideas, make a mess, and sometimes even come up with food that tastes better than expected.

Here, you’ll only find recipes that have worked for me, not the ones that look good on the internet but turn out differently in real life.

Think of ForkThesis as my cooking notebook, only less scribbly and easier to follow.
